Do you have any promo codes?

Right Now, the only promo codes that are active in our system are those of our Brand Ambassadors and the New Customer Code on Every Page right below the Navigation. Please Note that disccount codes can not be combined with any other offer including sitewide sales.

Do you give price adjustments?

Unfortunately as a small business, we are not able to maintain adjustments that all of the larger big box brands and companies put in place since our margins are always under attack, due to product and shipping cost increases, due to inflation and other things that inflate our prices. We try our best to keep everything reasonable and we are always very thankful for your continued support.

Do you restock designs or items out of stock?

Most of our designs are permanent, sometimes we will go temporarily out of stock on some designs or styles. We work with a Big Partner, who typically will let us know when something is low and about to be temporarily out of stock, if this happens in a certain given amount of time we will try to plan accordingly, So that we stay in stock.

How Can I see How Many Blessings(Reward Points) I have?

As of right now, the only way you can view your blessings is by clicking HERE. Or if you're signed in, you should be able to see how many points you have right in checkout and whether or not you want to use any of them or not.

How do I return or exchange something?

Double check the “more details” section on each product page to confirm whether or not your items is final sale. Please do not wash, launder or wear it for one day(a whole day isn't considered Try on) and expect a return. It sounds weird, but trust us people do it.

There are a few return exceptions: If your bracelet or accessory breaks within 30 days after purchasing it, we’ll happily send you a new one based on inventory availability, no need to send it back to us. If your item is damaged upon delivery, there is no need to return the damaged item as well. Just contact us at Hello@InfiniteMast3rpiece.com with photos/more info.

Please note: Your return will usually be processed within 5 business days after it has been received by our returns department. Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to be received once the return has been processed.

We have extended our return windows for the Christmas shopping season to 45 days, but feel free to contact us at returns@InfiniteMast3rpiece.com if you are unable to complete your return or exchange, and we will be happy to assist.

How long do I have to complete a return or exchange?

We Provide the same returns and exchange windows, whether on our website or any social media or shopping platform. You have 35 Days from the date you recieved the item/s. Can I comment my Code on Infinite Mast3rpiece's posts on social media?

It's against our terms of service to comment your code on any of OUR photos/media on social media, or online via coupon code websites. Your code is for your content only, and to share on your blog/website/social media and with your friends. Any other promotion is a violation of terms and your account will be terminated. It has to be organically shared.

Can i post my link on Pinterest?

We will not give out commissions for your link being shared to Pinterest. And yes, we can see everywhere you post your unique Link, you can post your Code on Pinterest but not your unique link. You just have to trust our reasoning on this.

Can I Promote my link via Paid listings or ads on social media or search engines?

No, as a brand ambassador, you are not permitted to promote your links through paid listings or advertisements on Google, other search engines, or social media platforms. All promotions should be organic and align with the brand’s approved marketing strategies. Violating this policy may result in the termination of your ambassador status.

When will I be Paid?

We have given the option to you, for when you will be paid your commissions. However, we do have a $25 Minimum Payout.

How much do I earn when I make a sale?

You Make a 5% Commission every time you make a sale from either your specific link or code. You'll earn the same amount with either one.

Currently right now. We only have one tier. In the future depending on amounts earned, we may start higher tiers to where you earn more than the lower sale makers. This would be a future incentive.

Will there be more incentives in the future?

We're working on some more incentives. You will be notified when we start rolling them out.

What do I get when I become an Ambassador?

You get a link that you will be able to pick. the link will be based off of what you choose as your Code. Also, the day you start, you will get an email from us, asking you what your sizes are for Shirts, hoodies, hats, etc. what colors and other details. You will get one T-Shirt, one hat/beanie, one 30 Oz. Ascender Stainless Steel Cup and one other personalized gift of your choice as a way to say Thank You, for wanting to help support the Brand.

Product Issues

What should i do if i recieve the wrong item(s)?

Sorry about that! If we sent you an incorrect item in your order, please send us an email at returns@InfiniteMast3rpiece.com we will ask you a couple of questions ask you for a picture of the item and depending on what it is, we may just let you keep it and send you the correct item.

What should I do if my item has been damaged or broken?

No worries! All of our bracelets and accessories have a 60 Day warranty, which means we’ll replace the damaged item within 60 days from the time of purchase. To get a replacement, send us an email to Hello@InfiniteMast3rpiece.com and tell us about it and send us a picture.

Three exceptions:

  1. We can only issue a replacement if you provide a photo of the damaged item.
  2. If an item has been altered in any way, we can’t replace the item.
  3. We’re unable to replace lost or stolen items.

How Can I track my Order?

All orders will ship out within 48 Hours of being placed, and you will receive a shipping confirmation in your email on file with Tracking Information.

How long does shipping take?

Current Processing & Shipping Times

Processing Times:

  • Standard Orders: 1-2 business days
  • Express Orders: 24 hours or less

Important Details:

  1. The checkout shipping estimate shows transit time only, not processing time
  2. UPS, Fedex, DHL, and USPS are experiencing high volume delays

For Express service, select this option during checkout to receive priority processing.

Guaranteed delivery dates apply only when:

  • Shipping address is correct
  • No weather disruptions occur
  • No carrier delays happen
  • Package is shipping within the US

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping on all orders shipping within the U.S. is $9-$21 depending on weight, but we do offer free shipping on all USA orders over $75.

Just a reminder, standard shipping for U.S. orders is 3-7 business days.

The above times do not include the 24-48 hours it takes for our Fulfillment Center to process and pack your order once it is received.

My package says "Returned to Sender" What can be done to fix this?

While we are not responsible for customers entering an incorrect address, we can ship your package to the correct mailing address or refund your order (you will only be charged for the shipping cost).

Please contact orders@InfiniteMast3rpiece.com with your order number and correct shipping address, and we will be able to assist.

My Package says Delivered but It's nowhere to be found. What can I do?

Sometimes USPS and UPS mark packages as delivered a day or two before they really are. If you’ve waited two days, please read below.

Please verify that your current mailing address is the address on the order confirmation email you received.

We also recommend that you check with other members of your household to see if anyone may have put your package aside. This happens a lot!

If you live in an apartment complex, we recommend that you contact your rental office to see if they are holding your package there. Some packages won’t fit in your mailbox so carriers will often leave packages at a manager’s office for safekeeping.

Consider calling your local post office with your tracking number  and ask them if they can assist you further. Sometimes they have more information than what we can see online. They may even have your package on hold for you. If they have a postmaster at your local post office, ask to speak with him/her first.

Can I use multiple discount codes on my order?

Unfortunately, only one discount code may be used per order at this time. The only time you will be able to use two different codes is if one code is a gift card code.

How do I shop with AfterPay?

It's simple to complete your purchase in installments with Afterpay by following the steps below:

  1. Select Afterpay at checkout as your payment method
  2. If you already have an Afterpay account, log in and complete your checkout.
  3. Orders ship as they would with any other form of payment, as quickly as you choose, and your purchase will be billed in 4 installments. Billed every 2 weeks.

Afterpay currently accepts Mastercard and Visa credit and debit cards issued in the United States. Unfortunately, Afterpay does not accept any prepaid cards or foreign debit/credit cards.

All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining 3 payments deducted automatically every 2 weeks from your chose payment method. If you choose to make additional payments before you scheduled pay dates, you may do so through your Afterpay account. You can log in to your Afterpay account to view your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date if you choose to do so.

What other Buy Now Pay Later Options can I use on my Order?

Believe it or not, we offer more than most sites out there. We like to give a variety of payment options because not everybody uses AfterPay. Below are the other payment options..

  1. Affirm (Pay Over Time) with Affirm, Infinite Mast3rpiece has been approved to offer our customers up to $599 up to 36 Months. This is subject to credit Approval through them. Works the same way as any other Buy Now Pay Later Like AfterPay.
  2. Klarna (Not Officially Partnering with us) but you can create a Virtual Card with them and either Pay-in-4 or up to 24 Months Depending on Credit Approval with their system. If you have an iOS Device, you can do this too by Paying with Apple Pay and changing the Payment Method to Klarna.
  3. PayPal Pay-in-4
  4. Sezzle (Only Available with Sezzle Anywhere) Sezzle Anywhere is accepted at all stores Physical and Online only that accept Visa. Sezzle Anywhere is a subscription service which is $17.99/Month
