Hijacking Hell’s Hardware: Using Fallen Angel Technology for God’s Glory

Using Technology to Glorify God, even though it was created by Fallen Angels to decieve people from God.

Joseph Funderburk |

Introduction

The enemy has always tried to hijack creation—and twist it.

From the rainbow to the internet, Satan and his forces distort what was meant for good or repurpose tools to advance deception. But just like Joseph told his brothers, “You thought evil against me: but God disposed it to good…” (Genesis 50:20, GNV), the same truth applies to technology today.

According to ancient texts and biblical patterns, technology was first handed to man by the fallen angels—not to help, but to corrupt. But here’s the flip: what the enemy gives with evil intent, we can use for God’s glory.

Let’s explore the true origins of tech, the spiritual war behind our screens, and how to reclaim every tool—from AI to the algorithm—for the kingdom of YHWH.

1. Tech Has Ancient, Corrupted Roots

According to extra-biblical texts like the Book of Enoch (referenced by Jude), fallen angels descended and taught mankind forbidden knowledge:

  • Weapon-making

  • Enchantments & sorcery

  • Astrology & signs

  • Cosmetics and manipulation of appearance

  • Communications between realms

This was not divine wisdom—it was counterfeit revelation. A digital Tower of Babel meant to enslave, not enlighten.

Even now, the digital tools we use—algorithms, artificial intelligence, deepfakes, virtual reality—are increasingly being used to control minds, harvest data, and deceive nations.

But here’s where it flips:

Psalm 24:1 (GNV)
“The earth is the Lord’s, and all that therein is; the world, and they that dwell therein.”

No matter where the blueprint came from—YHWH still owns the materials.

2. Satan Mimics God’s Pattern: We Must Flip It Back

Satan loves to take what God gave as a covenant sign and twist it.

The rainbow, a sign of God’s mercy, has been flipped into a banner of rebellion for the gay community.
Music, created to glorify God, is now a tool for pride, perversion & Ultimately with frequencies; mind control.
Technology, once meant to unite and advance truth, now spreads lies faster than ever before.

But if Lucifer can repurpose God’s gifts for evil, why can’t we repurpose his for righteousness?

2 Corinthians 10:4 (GNV)
“For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God, to cast down holds.”

Our spiritual weapons don’t exclude technology—they can include it. Social media, websites, video content, digital design, music production—all can become instruments of spiritual warfare.

3. Reclaim the Platforms for the Kingdom

If Satan uses YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, AI, and algorithms to spread confusion—why aren’t we flooding those same platforms with light?

Isaiah 60:1–2 (GNV)
“Arise, O Jerusalem: be bright, for thy light is come, and the glory of the Lord is risen upon thee. For behold, darkness shall cover the earth… but the Lord shall arise upon thee…”

This is the hour to push back the darkness using the very devices the enemy designed to destroy:

  • Start a blog that preaches biblical truth

  • Build mobile apps that glorify YHWH

  • Create graphics, reels, and content that plant seeds of truth

  • Launch podcasts that expose the lies and exalt the Name

Don’t abandon the battlefield. Take enemy territory.

4. Technology Is a Test — How Will You Use It?

Every tool is neutral until it’s used.

A hammer can build a church or tear one down.

A phone can preach the gospel or peddle filth.

Romans 12:21 (GNV)
“Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with goodness.”

We don’t run from the devil’s playground—we walk into it with authority, because greater is He that is in us than anything in this digital world.

Conclusion: Flip the Blueprint, Redeem the Tools

The tech giants may believe they’re gods. (Demons or Fallen Angels)

The enemy may think he still owns the digital realm.

But YHWH is still sovereign over every frequency, every fiber optic cable, and every algorithm.

The same tech that spreads lies can be used to proclaim truth.

The same AI used to deceive can be used to disciple.

The same platforms used to glorify man can be reclaimed to glorify God.

The fallen gave it to enslave us.

But the faithful will use it to set captives free.
